Good evening fellow real estate junkies, I have decided to try my hand at blogging just to keep everyone up to date with what we are doing at our NY/NJ Real Estate Investing Group, and to also help me remember what's going on.  At my advanced age, my memory sometimes fails me:-)  We just had one of our great instructors from North Carolina in town to share her knowledge with us.  Her name is Melissa Bloxham and she, together with her husband Ryan Bloxham  specializes in tax liens, tax deeds and foreclosure properties.

We spent the whole day from 9 to 5 with her and we learned a lot of advanced techniques that we can immediately translate into deals.  By learning from her experience, we shaved weeks off the normal learning curve.
